The key reason for the cracking of the conveyor belt is that due to the limitation of indoor space specifications, the frequency of bending of the conveyor belt is high; the vulcanized rubber that has been developed more than twice for various reasons when connecting the vulcanized rubber. The open space between the jaw plate of the guide trough and the tape is not suitable, resulting in abnormal wear and tear, or the open space is disposed of with dirt, resulting in abnormal wear or scratches. The raw material water flow at the guide trough is inconsistent with the conveying belt speed, and the roughness is large, which accelerates the wear of the rubber surface. The buffer roller is damaged, resulting in abnormal wear or scratches of the tape. The deviation of the tape will also cause abnormal wear of the tape. When our factory inspects the heat-resistant conveyor belt, the tearing occurs to form the inspection of the external state change. The detector is the raw material leaked after the tearing of the high-temperature resistant belt, and the overload protector is opened to instruct the conveyor to shut down, although the external inspection equipment It is possible to avoid tearing, but it is not possible to maintain the wear-resistant conveyor belt from the source.
